Together, we will keep building inclusive communities where everyone has the opportunity to live a meaningful life. I look forward to meeting with community partners, families and individuals to continue the work that families began 60 plus years ago.”
This year NHCIA is celebrating an incredible milestone of 60 years serving the community, and 60 years of positive change. The upcoming AGM, being held on September 4th, 2025, will reflect the agency’s strong foundation in the community, celebrate its history of advocacy and support, and share the vision of the future. NHCIA remains committed to listening, learning and evolving in response to the changing needs of individuals and families across North Hastings.
The event will also recognize the outstanding contributions of staff, self-advocates, and community partners who have shaped the organization over six decades. NHCIA has remained a trusted leader in developmental services, supporting people to thrive, participate, and belong.
